What’s the difference between the 1, 2, and 3 box plans?

The plans are meant to be shorter or longer depending on what you need right now.
All three come with the same core experience: a book that matches your personality, letters written from a fictional character to you, and a personal challenge to help you reset.

  • 1 box is a one-time reset — great if you just want to try it out or you’re going through something right now and need a moment to breathe.
  • 2 boxes: one box right now and another in 30 days — good for when you want something more consistent, like building a new habit or moving through a longer transition.
  • 3 boxes one box now, second in 30 days and third in 60 days — a deeper process of change, with time to reflect, feel, and reconnect on a deeper level.
